What we do, and what we do not do
What we do: we operate an online platform showing property in the markets listed on this website. When you submit an enquiry, we review it and introduce you to a consultant licensed in the relevant market who we believe is right for your situation.
What we do not do:
- We do not sell property ourselves
- We are not a party to any purchase contract between you and a seller or developer
- We do not provide legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice
- We do not hold client money
Every sale is carried out by a consultant licensed in the market concerned, under that consultant's own licence and terms.
Our service is free to you
You do not pay us. There is no advisory fee, no matching fee and no markup added to the property price.
We are paid commission by the seller or developer when a purchase completes. This does not change the price you pay.
Property information
Property listings, prices, sizes, completion dates and availability are supplied to us by sellers, developers and partner consultants. We take reasonable care but we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or current.
Prices are shown in euro as the base currency and converted for display using exchange rates that are updated periodically. Converted figures are approximate and are for guidance only. The price you actually pay will be in the currency of the transaction, at the rate applying at the time.
Before you rely on any listing detail, verify it. Property information on this site is not an offer and does not form part of any contract.
Independent advice
Buying property abroad involves legal, tax and financial considerations that differ in every market and depend on your personal circumstances.

Property consultants
We select and introduce property consultants. Some are employed by us. Some are independent professionals or agencies we work with.
Where a consultant is independent, they act on their own account. We select them carefully and review their performance, but we are not responsible for the advice they give you or for their acts and omissions. Your relationship with an independent consultant is between you and them.
We will always tell you whether the consultant we introduce you to is one of ours or an independent partner.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, scrape, or systematically extract listings or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfere with the site's operation
- Submit false enquiries or impersonate another person
