Ownership is freehold and open to foreign buyers. Handover is scheduled for December 2030, and the purchase is staged across the build with a large final portion falling due on completion. Two things to check before committing. That completion payment needs planning from the start, not from the last year. And availability on this masterplan moves quickly and resale listings are already circulating, so confirm directly what is open in this tower rather than relying on published lists.
