How We Choose Our Partners

How we choose the people we put you with

We know how to find the best consultants in a market because we came up through those markets ourselves. These are the things we look at, and the things we do not.

01

Not years. Volume.

How long someone has been in the business tells you very little. Ten years of doing the same thing badly is still ten years. We look at how much of the work they have actually done: transaction count and sales volume in the market they operate in. Someone who has closed two hundred deals in Dubai understands Dubai in a way that a decade of occasional sales does not produce.

02

We were their client first

Before we work with any partner, we go to them as a buyer. Not as a company checking references, as a client with a question. We see what a normal enquiry gets: how fast they answer, what they ask, whether they push a property or try to understand the situation. Reference calls and client feedback matter, but nothing tells you more than being on the other side of the conversation.

03

A trial period, and continuous review

New partners work under close supervision. We open our system to every partner we work with and we follow each case through it. Performance is reviewed continuously, not once at the start. A partnership that stops meeting the standard ends.

04

No consultant can advertise on this site

You cannot browse consultants here. You cannot request one. That is deliberate.

We hold a profile on every consultant we work with: their market, their strengths, the type of buyer they serve best. When you come to us, we match you to the person who fits your situation. They learn about you at that point, not before. Nobody competes for your enquiry, so nobody has a reason to tell you what you want to hear.

05

Long partnerships, not a directory

We do not add partners to fill a map. Each partnership is built to last, because a consultant who knows how we work and what we expect delivers something a one off referral never can.
