Yas Mall is thirteen minutes away and Ferrari World fifteen, Zayed International Airport fourteen, Yas Beach seventeen and the Louvre twenty five. The Disney park now under construction on Yas Island is a fifteen minute drive. The community itself is laid out around water: a waterfront promenade runs for kilometres, a yacht marina sits at one end and a canal threads through the middle, with a par three executive golf course laid out by a championship course designer on the other side. International schools, a clinic and a mosque are inside the community rather than a drive away. Ownership is freehold. The published payment plan is a fifth on booking, two fifths spread across the build in eight instalments of five percent over thirty six months, and the remaining two fifths on handover, which is scheduled for December 2029. Two things to settle before committing. The completion payment is large and needs planning from the start. And this is the developer's first project in Abu Dhabi, so there is no delivered local track record to point at, only the record from Dubai.
