Seventeen four bedroom run 2,507 to 4,376 square feet, 233 to 407 square metres, from 9,525,000, with two spaces. The building is ground plus two parking floors plus twelve residential floors, holding eighty seven homes in four types. Fifty two are two bedroom with one parking space, fourteen are three bedroom with two spaces, four are three bedroom with a maid's room and two spaces, and seventeen are four bedroom with two spaces. The spread inside each type is wide: a two bedroom runs from 1,015 to 2,288 square feet and a three bedroom from 1,664 to 4,149, so the type name tells you much less here than the floor plan does.
