The three bedroom averages 1,700 square feet, about 158 square metres, from 3,300,000. These are average total areas per type rather than the area of a specific unit, and the portals list individual apartments from 697 to 1,744 square feet, so the spread around the average is real. Inside, the ceilings are 3.1 metres and the windows are floor to ceiling in aluminium frames, opening onto private terraces, so the apartments read taller than their floor area suggests. Kitchens carry laminated cabinetry, porcelain counter tops and an island. The sizes published by the developer are average total areas per bedroom count rather than the area of any particular unit, so the figure on a reservation form can differ. And the developer does not publish a price list; the entry figures here come from the portals and need confirming against a live availability list before anything goes in writing.
